The Marcus Performing Arts Center (MPAC) needs no introduction as number one on our list of Milwaukee’s top 5 theaters. As southeast Wisconsin’s premier performing arts center, the MPAC was started in 1969.
MPAC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit presenting first-class arts and cultural programs to Brew City. MPAC receives monetary support from the Milwaukee Arts Board and Wisconsin Arts Board, the State of Wisconsin, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Arts Midwest.
MPAC strives to join philosophies, foster relationships, and support the community.

The Pabst Theater
The Pabst Theater is an icon of Downtown Milwaukee’s theater district. The Pabst Theater belongs to The Pabst Theater Group, which manages numerous famous Milwaukee, Wisconsin venues.
The Pabst Theater Group is honored to declare they are “able to accommodate virtually all performing art forms.” The venue’s European opera house inside is finished with a massive crystal chandelier and red curtains bordered with thin, gold leaf.

The Riverside Theater
Near the Pabst Theater is The Riverside Theater, which, as its name suggests, resides on the Milwaukee River. The extravagant 1,339-capacity space has featured countless well-known musicians, musicals, and comedians, such as Neil Young and Kevin Hart.

Miller High Life Theatre | A Pabst Theater Group Venue
The Miller High Life Theatre is an adaptable place that can host 4,100 people. Miller High Life Theatre’s innovative curtains can shrink capacity to 2,562 and 1,291 for more personal performances.
