We accept pay statements, bank statements, tax documents, and employment offer letters.
Income requirement is 3x the monthly rent, and a minimum credit score of 650. If you do not meet these qualifications, you will either be asked to provide a larger deposit or to get a cosigner/guarantor.

Yes. A minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance is required.
The minimum security deposit is $500 and the maximum is 2x the monthly rent. The deposit is determined by the application and credit check.
Residents are responsible for all utility charges. Gas and electric are billed through We Energies; water, sewer and trash charges are billed through the property and are based on occupancy; internet and cable are billed through AT&T.
Maintenance requests can be made online, or by calling the leasing office at 414-299-8540.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
Late fees are applied on the 5th of the month.
You can pay online, by personal or cashier’s check, or by money order. We do not accept cash.

The landlord cannot raise the rent during a lease term.
The security deposit is refundable, less any damage or unpaid rent charges, and will be returned with 21 days of move out.
Electricity and gas charges are paid directly to WE Energies. Residents are required to set up an account with We Energies prior to move in. Water, sewer and trash charges are paid monthly with rent and are charged based on occupancy. Internet and cable charges are optional and paid directly to AT&T.
Subleasing is not allowed
A $50 late fee will be applied to your tenant ledger.
