Bronze Fonz by Gerald P. Sawyer

Meet the Bronze Fonz – Milwaukee’s selfie superstar on the RiverWalk. A hop, skip, and a jump from Streetcar Flats.

Who's Fonz?

Since 2008, he’s been slinging double thumbs up in downtown Milwaukee. Why? Because he’s paying mad respect to Arthur Fonzarelli, the ultimate cool cat from “Happy Days” – the classic 1950s sitcom set right here in Milwaukee.

How Big is Bronze Fonz?

Standing at a modest 5-foot-6 (just like the Fonz himself, Henry Winkler), this bronze bad boy rocks the iconic leather jacket and blue jeans combo. And let me tell you, he’s a magnet for photo ops. Visitors can’t resist throwing an arm around him or busting out their best thumbs-up impression.

When Can I Hang With Fonz?

You can hang with Fonz whenever you want, but in the summer, the Fonz goes all out. There’s patio furniture set up so you can kick back, relax, and soak in the RiverWalk vibes. Don’t miss the chance to snap a pic with this pop culture legend – he’s practically begging for a cameo on your Instagram feed!
